TBB 4.1 Update 3 for Windows broke Visual Studio 2010

I just installed the TBB 4.1 Update 3 for Windows using the intel software manager. Now, when I am in Visual Studio 2010 and try to compile a file I get the error

Could not load file or assembly 'Intel.Misc.Utilities, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=f4875dd4c8d7762f' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

I have tried re-installing, re-pairing, and uninstalling TBB 4.1 Update 3 to no avail. Is there any way to solve this problem without having to re-instal Visual Studio 2010. At this point, VS 2010 is basically unusable.
