My cmpany would like to use Intel Threading Building Blocks 4.1 as part of a commercial (for sale, for money) application. We would be shipping it in unmodified form as a binary. The license is stated to be GPL v2 with the libstdc++ runtime exception. I have read the exception, but don't understand it. May we distribute a commercial application (for sale, for money) that includes an umodified binary copy of Intel Threading Building Blocks 4.1 WITHOUT being subject to GPL v2 (we would like to distribute under our standard company EULA). Thanks.

Hello Thomas,
This is a technical forum, we are not lawyers here so we can't answer your question about licensing. I think you need to ask your lawyer.
Feel free to ask technical questions:)
