cmake & TBBMakeConfig.cmake

Disclaimer: I am a cmake novice so please be patient.

I am building tbb from source and trying to create the corresponding TBBConfig.cmake file for client builds to consume (as is done for the pre-built binaries). I'm assuming TBBMakeConfig.cmake is involved in this process but it's not clear to me exactly how.

Any info how this is supposed to be done would be greatly appreciated.
