task_arena::constraints missing documentation, deprecated?

The TBB reference documentation regarding task_arena::constraints API is missing in 2022 documentation, see the old documentation .

The constraint API works as expected using 2022 lib, is this is a documentation issue or is the API deprecated but still working?
