My company is buying several Dell AIO Optiples 9010 which will be running moka5.We want to configure these with the full AMT features.

How does one configure AMT preos?

You are able to configure AMT Pre-OS with a USB drive, but depending on how many systems you plan on configuring this can become unwieldy. For mass deployments it's preferable to configure your vPro machines in the OS with an SCS server. However, configuring a client running on Moka5 is untested. So, if you plan on running Windows in your Moka5 VM you could use ACUWizard to configure a test client in Client Control Mode after you've installed the necessary Windows drivers. This would help determine if Windows based configuration is possible.

You can find ACUWizard in the Intel SCS 8.2 download file. The ACUWizard tool will allow you to create the USB file needed for Pre-OS AMT configuration, and also Windows based Client Control Mode configuration.
