BIOS hotkey overlapping

Could someone tell me the hotkey to acces the thing on the picture below on a HP ENVY dv7 Notebook PC?

I have tried the controls in the guide but they don't work, btw sorry for asking this here instead of on the forums of HP but they won't let you use their support after your warrenty has passed -_-

I think this menu is invoked with HW switch (jumper or contact pads) that was ON (closed) before turning platform on.

It looks like BIOS recovery or BIOS default settings recovery mode.

 

I suggest to check HP documentation -search for "Back2BIOS" or BIOS recovery.

Guess is based on similar behaviour of Intel Desktop MBs in the past with BIOS recovery jumper.
