Hi,
I have been using Windows XP for a long time with this board and same configuration. But when I upgraded to Windows 7 64 bit, everything was fine except the video driver. It is showing a yellow exclamation mark with G33/31 Chipset family under the display node in device settings with message "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)" I have the latest driver installed (even confirmed it from the driver detection utility of INTEL).
I ran the msinfo32 and attached the msinfo output.
Thanks in advance.

I found the solution myself. In my case I increased the shared video memory size from the BIOS from 128 to 256 MB and bang! it worked!. The system picked up the driver.
