We have Intel® EMA v1.10.1.0 with 84k devices. Suddenly it disappeared. But the devices are showing in the EMADB

Hello Rajesh_Varadhan,

Thank you so much for contacting Intel customer support,

In order to understand the issue better, please provide some screenshots and a more detailed explanation of the issue.

If possible, provide the following logs for our review:

EMA logs from Server:

[System drive]\Program File(x86)\Intel\Platform Manager\EmaLogs

Additionally, do you know if any changes related to hardware or software happened on your end that might have caused this problem?

Best regards,

Dear Victor,

Excuse for delay response. The issue is resolved.

We have a PowerShell script running in task scheduler to sync with Active Directory group and EMA console. Which has made a mess-up

Thank you for your support.
