Hello there,
So far, I have checked that your cpu supports Virtualisation.
http://processorfinder.intel.com/details.aspx?sSpec=SLBBL http://processorfinder.intel.com/details.aspx?sSpec=SLBBL
http://processorfinder.intel.com/details.aspx?sSpec=SLANV http://processorfinder.intel.com/details.aspx?sSpec=SLANV
Now for the motherboard, i know that all the boards with 5000 Chipset support Virtualisation.
This can be confirmed from the website below:

I will advise you to update the bios and bmc firmware to the latest one using a USB Dos Bootable Pen Drive.

Please read the read me how to update the bios and bmc.
BIOS96.bat for BIOS
BMC64.bat for BMC
Other than this, i dont have any suggestions.
