App Server: 2019 (Azure VM)

For some reason our App server is no longer able to connect to the components.

I've tried restarting IIS, both App and SQL servers with no success. uninstalled/reinstalled platform manager.

In order to continue further, please provide us the following logs in order to check this behavior further:
EMA logs from Server
[System drive]\Program File(x86)\Intel\Platform Manager\EmaLogs
Additionally, and for documentation purposes please provide the following:
- Were there any changes to the server before the issue started?
- Did this happen after an EMA update? If yes, please provide the previously installed version.
- Is the EMA server installed in a virtual machine or in a physical server?
- Please run these two commands: test-netconnection localhost -p 8000, test-netconnection localhost -p 443 and provide the outputs in your next response.
- Can you access the EMA server both Locally and remotely?
- Have you changed anything related to the certificates on this server?
