Thank you for contacting Intel Customer Support.

EMA requires to be the “Default Website” on the IIS server and tries to overwrite the existing site. The error indicates that EMA is encountering permission issues overwriting this site. It is best to uninstall IIS completely and allow the EMA installer to install/config IIS with the proper settings.

Please follow these steps:

1. Open Server Manager

2. Click on Manage -> Remove Roles and Features

3. Click on Next (Before You Begin) -> Next (Server Selection)

4. Uncheck “Web Server (IIS)” in Server Roles

5. Click on Next -> Next -> Remove

6. Wait for the role removal to complete and reboot the server

7. Rerun the EMA installer
