The last line in your error log states "Cannot contact provisoned Intel AMT device at FQDN - amt-7800.vprodemo.com." Your DNS may not be resolving the client by FQDN. Try pinging your client by FQDN and if it fails, flush the DNS cache and then try pinging it by FQDN again. Then refresh your HPOV window to determine if this resolves your issue.

Do you have a screen shot or text of the soap error you are encountering?

When does the soap error occur?

I export the log file , SOAP error is following, pls refer to it.

This error not reproduce every time, about 4/5 reproduce.
