GMS.LOG file using all disk space on several machines

We have several machines in our environment that are starting to have "Disk Full" errors on their system drives due to the GMS.LOG file in the C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ directory growing unchecked. This logs can be in excess of 300 GB. Is there a fix for this issue. The issue spans different manufacturers and OS versions.

same here, several clients report less than 5 MB on a 250 GB SSD!!
