Hi.
I have a client who has implemented vPRO on multiple machines, they were all provisioned about 3 months ago and worked when tested at that time, over a period of time (about 1 month) they are no longer accessable using the SCCM Out of Band management console. All machines are core 2 based HP elite 8000 CMTs running AMT vn 5.2.1. OS is win XP. SCCM 2007 R2 on windows 2008 server..
Only one of the original 31 still work...
I'm out of ideas, I thought it maybe firewall or AV related as ports 16992-16995 don't accept a connection... HELP!!!

Are you able to do simple power control, or does this fail as well as the OOB management console in SCCM?
Two simple things to try first:
- Simply unplug the power from the unit, plug back in the power and see if you can manage
- Go to the HP web site to see if there is a newer firmware/BIOS and apply to system...try to connect again

and unplug doesn't fix the issue...
I have still to try the firmware upgrade.
