Please forgive me if this issue has already been posted.
I have several HP dc7700ps SFF computers connected to HP L2045W 20" LCD monitors that are having an issue where the computer is powered on but the monitor will not display, this issue appears to hapopen after a day or so of inactivity on the computer. The problem appears to have started after the BIOS, Intel AMT / ME firmware, and the Intel LMS / SOL driver were updated to the latest versions. I've double-checked the confgurations and they appear to be correct.
Update versions that were installed:
BIOS: 786E1_BIOS_for_vPro 3.04 Rev. A (13 Aug 2008)
AMT: 2.2.1.1034
ME Firmware: 2.1.4.000
LMS / SOL driver: 5.2.0.1019 Rev. C (12 Oct 2007)
From the intel Chipset ID Utility:
Chipset: Intel(R) Q965/Q963 Express Chipset
Memory Controller: 82Q965/82Q963
I/O Controller: Intel(R) 82801HO I/O controller hub (ICH8DO)
Integrated Graphics: Not detected or Disabled
Current Graphics Driver Installed: 6.14.10.4642 (I know that there is a newer version available).
Again, the problem started happening after the firmware updates. My guess was that a power state setting was changed within the AMT / ME configuration but everything is set to the our organization's original settings (config. document attached). I'm still able to connect via the embedded management webpage (http://hostname:16992 http://hostname:16992).
Thanks for helping,
Dan
