I have Dell e4310 and e6410 laptops and I can't figure out the password. I've only provisioned 5 laptops so far during testing. When I tried to get in them, I kept receiving incorrect password. I reset the password in SCCM OOB and provisioned a desktop 980 and I was able to get into the MEBx with the new password.
I can reset the Dell 980 with removing a jumper. But I don't know how to do that with the Laptops. Ideas? I contacted Dell and they state I have to replace the motherboard. This can't be right. If it is, I don't think Intel would be so blind to this.

For both, you will remove the Coin Battery. I left it out for 5 minutes and everything was reset.
