How much memory can I add to my Intel D101GGC board?

I presently have Windows 2000 Pro and want to upgrade to XP. I have the Intel D101GGC board with 512 mb DDR PC3200. I guess I wqnt to know generally what I can put on my board when I upgrade to make my machine run better and faster.

much better 512md memory for upgrade for but you want better performance so you can upgrade for 1gb memory for this resources.
