How to use One Click Recovery (OCR) on Intel EMA?

Hello.
I can't find any documents describing the specific usage and procedure of One Click Recovery (OCR) in Intel EMA.
If you have it, please share it with us.

If not, it would be helpful if you could explain the specific procedure on the EMA WebUI with screenshots.
Or a video of using OCR on EMA would be fine.
We are especially interested in knowing if it is possible to run Win RE OCR on multiple PCs at once in EMA.

Best regards.

Hello Jose A,

Thank you for your response.

I have already looked at the documents you shared.
However, it is difficult to understand because there are no specific procedures described.
Also, there does not appear to be any description of the procedure on the EMA WebUI.
Is there a more specific document?

Besides ACM provisioning in EMA 1.7.1, is there any other preparation needed to use WinRE's OCR?

Where in the EMA WebUI can I use the OCR feature?

Can OCR from the EMA WebUI be used on multiple PCs at once?

Best regards.

Hello RyomaFujiki,

Well this is kind of a new feature only available on 12th gen Intel core processors on systems with a supported BIOS and HDD. To be honest I am aware about this feature but have not seen it working yet. Let me try to get some more info related to this.

Hello RyomaFujiki,

We are looking for an internal demo that we may share with you. Since your company have NDAs in place with us we are sure it won't be a problem if we have one.

At a deeper level here is how One-Click Recovery works at an AMT level....

Hello Jose A,

Additional information.
I have an AMT v16 PC to check and cannot find the OCR function.
I thought it might be available through "PowerCommand" but it is not. (Fig1)
I have checked "One Click Recovery" in AMT Profile settings. (Fig2)
We have confirmed that the OCR function can be used with Mesh Commander.

We are waiting for your information.

Hello RyomaFujiki,,

Thank you for waiting for our updates.

After further investigation apart from the technical details we shared, we don't have a demo OneClick Recovery available at the moment.

We do apologize for the confusion.
