I'd like to ask about Intel Vpro Tech. for the new DELL Precision 7520 Laptop (Kaby Lake CPU):
the Dell 7520's BIOS settings do not show the tab/option to enable/disable the Intel VPro technology ( only for Intel Virtualization Technology).
How do I disable/enable the Intel VPro tech. for Dell Precision 7520?
What about the Intel MEBX (management engine BIOS extension), can it be accessed for Dell Precision 7520?
Is enabling Intel VPro Tech, same as configuring it (locally vs. by RCS)?
Thanks,
Chai

Hi Michael,
Sorry for the delay I was away. Thank you for your reply: the processor is Intel Xeon v.6 1505 quad-core, kaby lake.

Hi Chai,
i've been able to validate that the processor is vPro enabled. To access MEBx, it's usually by doing CTRL-P at startup, however with Dell's, sometimes they are in the startup menu (accessed by F12 at startup). Also, in BIOS there is an option to "hide" the MEBx CTRL-P.
Because the OEM's customize these details and because we are unsure of the configuration of your 7520, Dell would be your best resource for these questions.
Regards,
Michael
