Intel AMT SCS Console doesn't stay connected to the IntelAMT database

I have installed the Intel AMT SCS Console on my computer and have pointed it to my server: http://%3CServerName%3E.%3CDomainName%3E/AMTSCS http://./AMTSCS. The application opens with no issues, but after about 10-15 seconds I lose connection to the database. Has anyone else ever seen this type of behavior?
