I am experiencing an issue with Intel® Endpoint Management Assistant (Intel® EMA) version 1.14.1.0. I have followed the tutorial on YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GnN1X-7zr30 but my client PC does not appear on the host, resulting in a 'row not found' error. I have installed the EMA agent on my client PC, ensured that it is running, and checked that the service is operational.
Additionally, I have tested the connection, and both the server and client can ping each other. I am using a Wi-Fi connection for both the server and the client. I have been stuck on this installation and configuration issue for a week. Can anyone provide troubleshooting steps or solutions to resolve this problem?
