Intel EMA - Remote control in qwerty switch to azerty

Hello, it's all in the title. We've started rolling out AMT technology, but it's impossible to switch to QWERTY when using remote control.
Is this feasible?
Is this planned for the future?

Hello LANTZ-Renaud,

While using Intel EMA remote control we see that the keyboard format (Qwerty) switches to Azerty and you are unable to use Qwerty when using remote control.

Kindly confirm the keyboard that you are using (English or any other keyboards).

Hello,

Sorry for the translation problem, we use French azerty keyboards, but when controlling remotely, it is qwerty that is used on the remote computer.

Hello LANTZ-Renaud,

Please note that Intel® Endpoint Management Assistant (Intel® EMA) does not support internationalization. The operating system must have the English (United States) Windows display language set.

For further details, kindly refer to the Intel® EMA Server Installation and Maintenance Guide, section 1.3.2 – Operating System (page 11). You can access the guide using the link below:

Hello, and thank you for your reply.

We did indeed have to install it on an English server. Is this support planned for the future?

Too bad for us French people

Hello LANTZ-Renaud,

Thank you for your response, and I truly appreciate your understanding.

I completely understand how having to install Intel® EMA on an English keyboard might be inconvenient—especially for our valued French-speaking users. At this time, support for additional languages is not planned, and I realize this may be disappointing.

Please know that your feedback is important to us, and I’ve shared your input with our product team for future consideration. We’re always looking for ways to improve the experience for all our users globally.

If there’s anything else I can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
