I have used SQLEXPRESS to setup the INTEL EMA server. I have a unit connected via a LAN cable to a Verizon FIOS router. Such unit has the the INTEL EMA server on it. I also have another unit being managed by that unit connected to the same router and setup the AMT profile (which I think I did incorrectly). From the first unit I clicked Actions > Provision INTEL AMT. It shows my profile FNAME_LNAME. It also shows Provisioning Status: Not Provisioned, and INTEL AMT Record State: Pending Activation. When I click the question mark it says when the system is on the network it will automatically be provisioned. I find this confusing if they are both connected to same router and have Internet and it shows on my end that it is powered on and connected what can be causing the configuration from not happening? I have tried on multiple attempts to go to the second units MEB to provision the INTEL AMT, and when I click on Setup Remote Configuration it asks for an IPv4, and DNS Suffix. I do not know if the values I am supplying in this section are incorrect because the unit again as mentioned is marked as Powered ON and Connected in the system.

Hello Jose_Serra,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
To understand your situation better we will require the information below:
- What EMA version is currently being used?
- What AMT version(s) are the ones present in your endpoints?
- Are all units up to date (latest drivers, OS updates, and BIOS)?
- Is this a multi-server or a single-server installation?
- Is the EMA server installed on a physical server or a virtual machine?
- What OS built is the one being used on the EMA server?
- How many endpoints do you have in your deployment and how many of them are presenting this issue?
- Are you going to use client control mode or admin control mode? If it’s the latter, did you buy a certificate from an authorized vendor?
- Are all endpoints in the same network as the EMA server?
- Are your endpoints connected via wireless or wired?
- Is TLS being used or CIRA?
The following logs will be required:
EMA logs from Server:
[System drive]\Program File(x86)\Intel\Platform Manager\EmaLogs
ECT log (from the affected endpoint):
Intel® EMA Configuration Tool
Installation:
Double-click the .msi file and follow the prompts.
Run:
a- Open a command prompt as administrator.
b- Navigate to the installation folder (default C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\EMAConfigTool).
c- Run the command: EMAConfigTool.exe -filename XXXX –verbose
