TPM NVM Locked must be true
See attached screenshot and report for more details.
Need help ASAP.
This may caused by Trusted Platform Module (TPM) Non-Volatile RAM (NVRAM) Locked did not have the flag set. I would suggest you going back to your board vendor for a workaround to fix it.
The board is Intel DQ57TM. Intel itself is the vendor.
So what would be the workaround fix?
Cool! Please contact your local Intel Customer Support to get a workaround.
I'd appreciate if you can point me to my reginal OEM support, e-mail?
I reside in Estonia, Europe.
Please go to http://www.intel.com/support/feedback.htm http://www.intel.com/support/feedback.htm and seleck Desktop Boards for details of how to get support for your product.
