Operating system lockup or power interrupt events in AMT

We have about 1000 HP EliteDesk 800 G2 SFF machines and about 30% of them have a lot of events in AMT event log: Operating system lockup or power interrupt. It is logged on every time after restarting Windows 7 OS system. In Windows event logs all looks ok - no errors connected with these restarts. How to troubleshoot this? I google for this but cannot find any information which allows me to resolve this problem. In BIOS I enabled option: 'verbose boot messages' and now I get more information logs. What is interesting that video initialization appears a few times... These machines do not have monitors connected as users work on them remotely only

After reviewing the logs and links provided; the cause of the problem is not clear. The logs are given hardware issues.
