I am posting for a co-worker who works on the NS side of things. He is running into a couple of errors.
We are trying to set up Out of Band Management on our NS server and are receiving this error:
Error connecting to the Intel® AMT Setup and Configuration Server. Verify that Intel® AMT Setup and Configuration Server security settings are configured and AMTConfig service is running. See documentation for details on troubleshooting the Intel® Setup and Configuration Server installation.
The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized
The account being used is the Altiris service account and the database account provided during the install is a sysadmin.

Also, you could add that when I go to the DNS Configuration section and click the Test Button I get the following:
Resolved "ProvisionServer" IP: The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found Resolved Intel® SCS IP: 172.21.169.181
