That thread is now closed. Is there a document detailing the manual steps to take or do I need to raise an incident?

Hi Dooley,

I remember that case. Unfortunately, there isn't documentation for this. I did my best to post what we did but seems not enough. Please open up a ticket and we'll reach out to you.
