Second hand laptop with vPro - Steps to ensure information is safe

Hey, 

Wanted to verify for peace of mind: Recently purchased a secondhand laptop with vPro - is setting a password on the MEBX menu and doing a full unprovision there enough to make sure any previous owners won't have access to my laptop?

Please bear in mind that we cannot guarantee the previous owner(s) of this laptop don’t have any sort of access to it. We don’t know who the previous owners are or what exactly was the configuration they had on the machine or if this laptop was part of a deployment at some point; however, if you have already factory reset the machine and completed all the necessary updates for it you can do what you are planning to do in MEBx for extra safety.
