There is no video display when KVM remote control to HP-Z230

There is no video display when KVM remote control to HP-Z230, but keyboard and mouse are working well. It will see a red-yellow frame and a remote control ICON in the upper right corner in HP-Z230's monitor when remote desktop control start in client, and the keyboard and mouse are working well in the remote control client, but no video. VNC Viewer information show Requested encoding: ZRLE, Last-used encoding: Raw, when connect with HP Z230. Other PC(HP Elitebook 9470) with the same setting work well. The VNC Viewer information show: Requested encoding: ZRLE, Last-used encoding: ZRLE.

As soon as you open a ticket a biz-support representative will take control of debugging this issue with you and root causing the problem, this looks like a AMT_FW issue and we have the ability to contact them, provide them with the reproduction steps and hopefully fix this through a firmware upgrade (if the cause is in FW) or other means
