I noticed that when i look in my folders on other drives it has a file from vpro. Does that mean it is watching that drive? Also it's not on all my drives. How do i turn it on all drives?

vPro does not monitor hard drives. It sounds like what you found were the drivers or possibly the status application that lets you know the status of the AMT portion of vPro. If you want to disable vPro you can either do so in your BIOS (if it supports it) or by going into the MEBx when windows prompts you to press Ctrl-P while your system is booting. From there you can go into the Management Engine settings and change the manageability feature to none.
