VPro and PCI fiber NIC

I recently purchased 1800 VPro-capable PCs but understand that VPro requires the use on the onboard copper NIC only. We are required to run fiber to the desktop and therefore use PCI fiber NICs. Do I have any options to still take advantage of VPro functionality?
