VPro as a security risk

Hi all,

I'd like to know what concerns people have about the security implications of VPro technology. Think of it from a DoD point of view. How can I prove that a PC does not or does have the ability to be used as a VPro platform? How can I remove or disable the VPro technology?

VPro is a great idea but from a paranoid security point of view I have to see this as a potential security risk. Am I alone?
