What different between Intel AMT and DASH?

What different between Intel AMT and DASH?

1. Is the Intel AMT is DASH fully compliance?

2. If yes, which AMT version(2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 3.01, 3.2.1, 4.0, 5.0 or 5.1) is DASH fully compliance?

3. If no, why? I have found many inforation are shows the Intel AMT 3.2.1 and 5.1 will be DASH compliance (I don't know what difference about "DASH compliance" and "DASH fully compliance"), so other version are not DASH compliance, is it right?

4. There are many information indicate the Intel AMT is better and more powerful than DASH and shows the Intel AMT is base on DASH but some of the Intel MT version are not DASH compliance........Really make me confused.

Have anyone research about it before, please kindly answer the questions above.
