Hi,
We don't know if it was windows updates in December or a renewed certificate that seems to have broken Intel SCS:
We get this in the logs:
Failed to connect to the database. Certificate not found. (0xc0001c3d). (0xc0001c2d).
Can you please help?
Kindest regards
Yasser

Hello, YasserA,
Do you mind providing more details of the issue? Intel stopped supporting SCS in December 2022. Please open the software console and validate if you are using Intel® EMA.
If yes, please send a screenshot from the Settings tab showing the old and the new certificate.
Then, go to IIS, personal store and doble-check the new Certificate.
Go to the Certification Path; it should show 3 or 4 lines (Root, Intermediate, and Leaf) Certificates.
Make sure each of them is SHA256 from the Details tab.
Look forward to hearing back from you.
Regards,
Miguel C.
