anti theft technology is NOT available in i5-2310 Processor ??

i3-2310M Processor has anti theft technology.But i5-2310 Processor doesnt have anti theft technology

Both are second generation processors. But why i5 2310 is not included with that feature ??

Keep in mind that currently only the laptops listed here support Anti-Theft technology:
