"Remote PC Assist": can it be started without user?

Hello.

Can "Remote PC Assist" be started without user?

We have a demo-PC, with we like to control remotely, without using products like VNC or remote desktop AND without a user pressing a "special key" or something like that?

We have an agreed-upon computer usage policy, a worker-council since more than 30 years and are in full compliance with local law concerning computer usage monitoring. No help is required concerning that.

Hello,

I haven't personally used it before, but I believe that you can have CIRA check in on a specified schedule, and I think you can trigger it as part of a system alert too, but don't quote me on that.
