unconfigure AMT fails in ACUConfig

Hi,

I'm able to configure AMT 7.0 using ACUConfig with ConfigViaRCSOnly in admin mode.When I tried unconfigure option it's failing with error as

Error in ConfigurationReset (0x81c) 2076.

What could be the reason for failure?

I understand this thread is over a year old, but I am having the same issue with one of my machines. The machine is an HP EliteBook 8460P running Windows 7 Professional x64

I am running the same command as Mani is above (with correct username/passwords). The error messages & codes are also the same as mentioned above by Mani.

Also - attached is the AMT Diagnostics Tool result file (renamed to .txt file extension)

I also tried to unconfigure the machine via the BIOS/ME but it failed as well.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! thanks guys!
