vPRO KVM console goes BLACK

far we are facing an issue with KVM when turns on/off or reboot the system

KVM screen goes black even though connection and ping working fine.

AMT Version is 7

Client machines: Dell E6420

Following

Tasks Performed successfully, with various tools

1-Real VNC plus viewer &

server.

Discover the AMT

enabled machines
Register management

console
System and hardware

information visible
able to get access

BIOS information changing and to do so
able to turn on/off

reboot the system
we are able to RDC

of the system

2- Radmin viewer &server

Discover the AMT

enabled machines
Register management

console
System and hardware

information visible
able to get access

BIOS information changing and to do so
