I have no idea how to build files which was downloaded from your site. Does it builds with help of yoctoproject? If it is true why archive doesn't consist .bb file which is an entry point for bitbake? Or am I wrong?
Thanks for reaching out. Based on your question it looks like you are trying to build the Galileo image from source, is this accurate? There are also a couple of pre-built images you can use with the board (Galileo_Poky_SW_image_20160606.zip or SDCard.1.1.1.tar.bz2) under this link, so you shouldn't have to build the image from source yourself. You can find the getting started guide for Linux here, but there are others available for Windows and Mac.
