Why I see "No File" in Configuration file admin download window? Even after I clicked backup button on the specific module of Intel Infiniband 12000 director switch?

Hello Folks,

We are trying to backup the configuration file of Intel infiniband director switch 12800.

After I selected backup in "Config file admininister" window, I still dont see option to download the file in "Host Up/Down" menu. It says "No File". Any idea why?
