This forum is for Intel NUCs, not dell laptops. Dell has a support community that can help you, and you are under dell's warranty support. So, contact dell.

You may want to try a DELL bios update.

Also, there is no Windows 10 2018. Be specific about the version, Is it 1909? Or, are you running some preview?

hi, my os is windows 10 home 64 bit with x64 cpu 2018 Microsoft corporation. I tried everything but it doesnt work and i cant find an answer. probably my laptop needs a bios update. Go to Dell for support with their laptop and bios. Turbo Boost works fine on Windows 10.
