how to install 3.26.1.0 Firmware for sr305

i need to setup 3.26.1.0 version Firmware for sr305

i found the "SR3XX_FW_Image-3.26.1.0" file and when i try to setup

realsense viewer open error popup

as you can see ;

It is recommended that you select the 'Install recommended firmware' option from the RealSense Viewer's menu to automatically install the SR305 firmware that Intel recommend. You do not need a firmware file for this option, as the Viewer installs it for you.
