"The capsule file failed in the security compliance check" when upgrading bios.

Hi,

I'm trying to update the bios on my serverboard S2600CP. Current bios version is SE5C600.86B.01.02.003. I did read that you're supposed to update in increments but since I was unable to find any BIOS version prior to 2.06.006, I attempted an update with that. BMC updated to 1.28.11044 and ME updated to 02.01.07.328, but BIOS version remains the same. When trying to run bios.nsh alone I get the error "The capsule file failed in the security compliance check". 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
