Beta3 sample source can't find plugin_csc.h

Hi,
It seems Beta3 miss 'plugin_csc.h'.I compile sample code and get ...\\common\\include\\base_encoder.h(24): fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'plugin_csc.h': No such file or directory
