How to restore film from PAL to NTSC with sample_vpp

Hello

I wan't restore PAL source to NTSC progressive 23.976 with sample_vpp, can someone show some samples?

The document readme-vpp.pdf in MSDK sample fold can let you know the parameters.

It also has some sample command line for your reference.
