Intel SDK H264 Encoder for best quality

Hello

I am using Intel Media SDk 2017 for H264 video encoding. I have input stream 720-480 resolution, 29.94 fps stream with 2000 bitrate. I Set Intel Sdk H264 parameters but can't desired quality. 

Can you suggest me  about h264 parameter which can give me best quality of h264 as a input.

Hi Dhrumil, 

You can start with setting up target usage (TU) parameter to 1.
