use the Intel display driver version 24.20.100.xxxx(20180425 – 20180620) to do the vpp process, the performance is bad than the 23.20.16.4944(2018-02-04). Is there any change in the new driver? Has some configure to improve the performance?

Hi XT,
I didn't heard about this issue but there could be possibilities, in general, the issue should relate to the driver and processor combination.
Did you check it with our sample code? If we can reproduce it, we could submit a bug.

Hi Mark,
Thanks for your reply.
I use the sample code to reproduce it. Use the sample like this ".\sample_vpp.exe -lib hw -d3d11 -sw 3840 -sh 2160 -scc rgb4 -dw 3840 -dh 2160 -dcc nv12 -i 4k.rgb32 -o output.nv12" and use the mediasdk tracer to catch the log.
driver 23.20.16.4944 the vpp MFXVideoCORE_SyncOperation time is about 6-7ms
driver 24.20.100.6194 the vpp MFXVideoCORE_SyncOperation time is about 12-20ms
I attached the tracer log, please check it.
