Hi I want to buy Media Server Studio 2016 but I see details writing "The tool provides HEVC software decoder and encoder", Is Media Server Studio 2016 supporting HEVC hardware decode or software decode?

In addition，I also want buying "skylake i7 6700k hd 530", would you tell me the cpu's effectiveness when runing in hardware decoding for 4k HEVC 8bit, I real want to know the FPS and CPU Usage.
