h264_qsv takes SW encoding only

Hello,

Operating System : Windows 7

Hardware : i7 - 4770

ffmpeg sample code for hardware encoding is running fine.

But when I merge this code in my application h264_qsv takes only CPU power. It didn't use GPU.

Please help.

Hi Dhumil,

Haswell is little bit old, I am not sure if runtime + media sdk combination can support the hardware. So either tell me the MSDK version or you get a new processor and try the latest MSDK to see if it works.
