Hi,
The installation failed because 32 bit is currently not supported.
Regards,
Stav

Small correction, install itself doesn't support 32 bit, Media SDK is supported for 32 bit, so there are 2 options:
1. Develop on 64bit operation system and run on 32 bit
2. Install on 64bit, than copy files to 32 bit system for development.
Media Server Studio doesn't support Atom processors.

thanks a lot for you kindly explanation. But in Intel official document, there is no description about the Atom or 32bits. Is there any official document to say it?

Well, I'm not sure if there is official document about install limitation. About Atom Support in Server Studio - supported processors are mentioned in release notes.

This is what both customer and I concerned. there is no prove for this kind of thing, so it's very hard to explain this to customers. BTW: I've check the doc Intel? Media Server Studio 2016 – Professional Edition for Windows* Server Release Notes, and found no place to talk about the atom processors. I remember Atom series processors support HW encoding/decoding acceleration. So might you please show me which doc talk about it?
thanks
